We helped an aesthetic services studio generate 216 Unique form leads and 94 Unique phone calls through a Local Growth Engine built around the way people actually choose aesthetic services: privately, carefully, and often over more than one visit. Google Ads, AI SEO, Local SEO, trust-building, and conversion work all had a role, but the real job was making the studio easier to understand and easier to contact when someone felt ready.
The decision started long before the consultation
An aesthetic prospect may notice an ad, leave, read about a service later, compare nearby studios, scan reviews, and return from a phone. Confidence builds across that whole process.
We shaped the marketing around that reality. The studio needed enough visibility to enter the consideration set, enough clarity to answer sensitive questions, and two comfortable ways to begin: a private form or a direct phone call.
We made each service easier to research
The website had to do more than name treatments. We worked on traditional website SEO, AI SEO, and conversion improvements together so a prospect could understand what a service was, follow related information, and see a clear next step without digging.
That meant useful service copy and FAQs, descriptive headings, internal links, consistent business facts, and structured information that search and AI systems could interpret. We also refined mobile layouts and calls to action around the quiet, comparison-heavy way people research aesthetic services.
Heatmaps and session recordings showed us where visitors paused, moved, or dropped away. We used those observations to improve page flow and contact placement. Relevant pop-ups gave an interested visitor another clear invitation to start a conversation without turning every page into a hard sell.
Paid search met people who were ready to compare
Google Ads gave the studio a place in active treatment research. We connected the ad message to the service information and contact choice on the website, so a click did not land on a vague page or force the prospect to start over.
The same journey could also begin through organic search. Website SEO supported traditional results, while the AI SEO work made the studio's services and business details easier for answer systems to understand. Together, those paths created a consistent explanation wherever the research started.
Local proof reduced the risk of reaching out
For a personal service, proximity alone is not enough. People want to know that the studio is real, established, and trusted nearby. We strengthened Local SEO, kept the Google Business Profile and local information aligned, and made the path from local discovery back to the relevant service page feel coherent.
We also set up a review system so recent customer experiences could keep adding useful proof. Press releases and mentions on authority websites extended the studio's presence beyond its own pages. Those signals supported the moment when a prospect moved from browsing anonymously to sharing their information.
The contact mix told us how prospects preferred to start
Forms mattered here because they let someone ask a detailed question on their own terms. Calls served people who wanted an immediate conversation. We kept those paths separate in our reporting rather than pretending they represented one pool of distinct people.
Our Lead Dashboard attributes tracked leads to organic search, paid campaigns, direct visits, referrals, and other sources. That lets us compare which channels are creating contact activity and shift campaign budget toward the stronger opportunities. It can also identify referrals from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and other large language models when the referring platform is visible.
216 Unique forms and 94 Unique calls
The connected work helped generate 216 Unique form leads and 94 Unique calls. The result fits the buying journey: some prospects wanted a lower-pressure written first step, while others were ready to speak with the studio. Both routes created consultation opportunities for the team to answer and follow up.

We keep improving around the conversation
This is active work. We continue looking at the source of each tracked lead, what visitors do on the site, and whether the message makes the next step feel clear. The aim is practical: keep the studio visible during private research and make the transition into a consultation conversation feel natural.
