For a breast cancer and reconstruction surgeon, we built a Local Growth Engine that helped generate 219 Unique tracked forms. It was designed for a decision that is personal, complex, and rarely made in one visit to a website.

Someone researching breast cancer surgery or reconstruction may arrive with a diagnosis, a procedure name, or simply a question about what comes next. She may compare credentials, approaches, and options over several searches before she is ready to contact a practice. The marketing has to be useful throughout that process. It cannot rush the decision or hide the important information behind a generic homepage.

Our work connected the surgeon's expertise, local visibility, paid search, outside proof, and a private consultation path. The result was a clearer route from research to a form submission.

The website had to carry a serious decision

The website was more than a place to list procedures. It had to help a prospective patient understand the relationship between breast cancer surgery and reconstruction, recognize the surgeon's specialty, and decide whether a consultation made sense.

We organized website SEO around the questions and services that shaped that research. Clear procedure and service pages gave specific searches a relevant destination. Related information was connected so a visitor could keep learning without starting over on every page.

That structure also supported AI SEO. Search engines and AI systems need clear facts, relationships, and language before they can understand when a specialist may be relevant. We strengthened that information base, and the same work made the site easier for people to use.

Visibility had to arrive with credibility

Local SEO and Google Business Profile work helped connect specialty care with nearby search demand. Google Ads added another route for people actively researching a surgeon or procedure. We kept the message tied to the page a person reached, so an ad about a specific need did not drop her onto a vague overview.

Visibility alone would have been a weak finish. We also set up review-request and reputation-monitoring workflows, sent press releases, and helped the practice earn mentions on authority websites. Together, those signals gave a prospective patient context beyond the practice's own claims. Meta Ads remained an option when the audience and offer called for it.

We watched the consultation path, not just the traffic

For this practice, the form was the measured response path. We optimized the pages around that moment: enough information to reduce uncertainty, a visible next step, and a private way to ask for a consultation.

Heatmaps showed where visitors focused. Session recordings helped us see where the page flow created friction. Pop-ups gave us another way to present a relevant next step when it fit the visit. We used those tools to improve the path from specialty information to the form rather than assuming more traffic would solve every conversion problem.

Our Lead Dashboard then tied the response back to its source. It can attribute tracked leads to organic search, Google Ads and other paid campaigns, direct visits, referrals, and other channels. That lets us compare where forms are coming from and direct campaign budget toward the sources producing response.

The dashboard can also identify referrals from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and other large language models when the referring platform passes that information, giving us a view of newer discovery paths.

Each part supported the next patient question

This is where the Local Growth Engine mattered. Website SEO and AI SEO made the specialty easier to understand. Local SEO and the Google Business Profile connected that information with nearby demand. Google Ads met active research with a relevant path. Reviews, press releases, and authority mentions added proof around a high-trust decision. Conversion work made the form easier to reach, while the Lead Dashboard showed which routes produced tracked response.

None of those pieces needed to tell a different story. They all helped answer the same practical questions: What does this surgeon specialize in? Can I trust the information? Is this relevant to my situation? How do I ask what happens next?

The result: 219 Unique tracked forms

The practice generated 219 Unique tracked form submissions.

This remains an active engagement. We continue helping the practice keep its specialty information, local presence, paid search, trust signals, consultation path, and measurement aligned as patient questions and search behavior change.

How we counted it: Forms use our Lead Dashboard's Unique classification.

A message from our owner

Most digital marketing agencies talk big and deliver small.

Most agencies are obsessed with one thing: traffic.

We are focused on generating qualified leads that turn into paying clients, customers, or patients.

Most agencies are not built to serve local businesses. Their strategies are cookie-cutter, out of touch, and disconnected from how your business really works.

I have spent over 12 years working with local business owners. I know you care about new leads. Real people. Real appointments. Real revenue.

We are here to help you grow consistently, profitably, and predictably.
