Over our first several months together, we helped an insulation contractor generate 251 Unique calls and 164 Unique form leads. We built the Local Growth Engine around a simple business problem: a property owner usually searches because something feels wrong, but may not know which insulation service belongs on the estimate.
A problem search is not yet a project request
Uneven temperatures, high energy costs, an older building, or a planned upgrade can all send someone looking for insulation help. The contractor needed to appear for that demand without treating every search as identical.
Our work connected the symptom to a clear service explanation and then to an estimate conversation. That gave homeowners and commercial property owners enough context to make a useful call or describe the job in a form.
We organized the website around real property questions
We improved traditional website SEO, AI SEO, and conversion paths as one job. Service pages and FAQs explained insulation needs in plain English, while headings, internal links, structured information, and consistent contractor details made those pages easier for search and AI systems to understand.
The conversion work kept calls and estimate forms close to the decision. Heatmaps and session recordings helped us see whether visitors were finding the relevant service information or wandering. We used those patterns to tighten page flow, mobile contact placement, and the details requested on the way to an estimate. Pop-ups supplied a timely next step for visitors who had shown interest but had not yet reached out.
Search demand needed the right landing point
Google Ads let us meet property owners who were actively looking for insulation help. The ad message and the landing experience stayed tied to the type of need instead of dropping every click onto a general page. A time-sensitive project could move quickly to a phone call; a more involved job could begin with a written description.
Organic discovery carried the longer research work. Website SEO helped the contractor compete for conventional searches, and AI SEO gave answer systems clearer service information to work with. Paid and organic visibility both led to the same accurate explanation of the work.
The service area had to feel credible
Insulation is performed at a real property in a defined market. We strengthened Local SEO, aligned service-area information, and kept the Google Business Profile and directory details consistent so people could confirm where the contractor worked.
A review system helped completed projects contribute proof for the next property owner. Press releases and authority website mentions added third-party visibility beyond the contractor's own website. Together, the local information and outside proof reduced uncertainty before an owner discussed access, timing, or the scope of an estimate.
Calls and forms served different estimate conversations
Phone calls became the stronger response path. They gave owners a quick way to explain the building, the comfort issue, and any urgency. Forms still produced a substantial stream of written project inquiries and gave the team details it could use for follow-up.
Our Lead Dashboard shows whether tracked leads came from organic search, paid campaigns, direct visits, referrals, or other channels. That source view helps us compare results and shift campaign budget toward what is producing useful opportunities. When a referral is identifiable, the dashboard can also distinguish ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and other LLM sources.
The first several months produced 251 Unique calls and 164 Unique forms
That early result gave the contractor two measurable paths into estimate conversations. It also gave us something more useful than a traffic count: a view of how property owners chose to respond once they understood the service and knew the company worked nearby.

The next decision comes from the lead mix
Our work continues. We can use the mix of calls, forms, source attribution, and website behavior to decide which service explanations need attention and where campaign budget has the best chance to support the contractor's priorities.
