Across four intake profiles, we helped a medical weight-loss practice generate 766 tracked appointments and 1,000 tracked calls.

That structure shaped the marketing. A prospective patient could discover the practice through more than one local profile, but the experience still needed to feel consistent: understand the service, trust the practice, and reach the right consultation path without getting lost between locations or intake points.

We used the Local Growth Engine to keep those four entrances connected while giving each market enough local relevance to work.

Four profiles needed one consultation journey

A multi-profile practice can look fragmented quickly. Local facts can drift. Service descriptions can vary. A person can land on a page that does not match the profile or ad that brought them there.

We aligned website SEO, page titles, headings, internal links, local information, and consultation calls to action around one clear medical weight-loss journey. Each intake profile had to guide local interest toward the right phone or appointment path while still feeling like part of the same practice.

That consistency was conversion work, not housekeeping. A person making a health decision should not have to compare four versions of the offer before asking a question.

Search and AI needed a reliable explanation

Medical weight loss attracts plenty of broad interest, but serious research usually includes practical questions about the program, medical oversight, and the first consultation. We organized service information and FAQs so those questions had clear answers.

Website SEO helped those pages match the language people used in search. AI SEO strengthened the underlying structure with connected topics, consistent practice facts, internal links, local context, and schema. The goal was to make the service easier for search engines and AI systems to understand while keeping the explanation useful for a person.

That foundation created the conditions for accurate discovery while the tracked outcomes remained calls and appointments.

Local visibility and paid demand met at the intake path

Local SEO and Google Business Profile work supported nearby discovery across the four profiles. Accurate business information and local relevance helped a searcher reach the appropriate intake route without losing the practice's common message.

Google Ads met people already looking for medical weight-loss help. The ad, page, and consultation step had to agree. Paid demand was useful only when the landing experience answered the question behind the click and made the next action obvious.

Meta Ads could be added when the audience and offer called for broader demand creation.

Trust traveled across all four profiles

We set up a review system with review requests, a review landing path, and reputation monitoring so patient feedback could support the practice's credibility. Press releases and mentions on authority websites added context beyond the business's own site.

That outside proof mattered because medical weight loss is not an impulse purchase. A prospective patient may compare approaches and return to the site before contacting the practice. Consistent service information, local facts, reviews, and third-party authority gave that research a steadier foundation.

We used site behavior and lead sources to improve the handoff

Heatmaps helped us see where visitors focused across the website. Session recordings showed how they moved through the service and consultation paths. Pop-ups gave us another way to present a relevant next step when it fit the visit.

Our Lead Dashboard then attributed tracked response to organic search, Google Ads and other paid campaigns, direct visits, referrals, and other sources. That made it possible to compare which routes produced calls and appointments and guide campaign budget toward what was working.

When referral information identifies the source, the dashboard can also show traffic and leads from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and other large language models. That gives the four-profile practice a clearer view of how discovery is changing.

The result across four intake profiles

The practice generated 766 tracked appointments and 1,000 tracked calls across the four profiles. Within those totals, 630 appointments and 722 calls carried the Lead Dashboard's Unique classification.

The work continues across website SEO, AI SEO, Local SEO, Google Ads, reviews, authority, conversion paths, and source attribution. The four-profile view gives us a common operating picture, so local demand can reach the right intake path and future budget decisions can follow measured response.

A message from our owner

Most digital marketing agencies talk big and deliver small.

Most agencies are obsessed with one thing: traffic.

We are focused on generating qualified leads that turn into paying clients, customers, or patients.

Most agencies are not built to serve local businesses. Their strategies are cookie-cutter, out of touch, and disconnected from how your business really works.

I have spent over 12 years working with local business owners. I know you care about new leads. Real people. Real appointments. Real revenue.

We are here to help you grow consistently, profitably, and predictably.
