Built around the way families choose care, this Local Growth Engine helped a pediatric therapy practice generate 1,830 tracked appointments, 2,284 Unique tracked calls, and 640 Unique tracked forms.
A parent may start with a service need, a recommendation, a location, or a question about what happens next. The answer depends on more than a page ranking. The family needs to understand whether the practice offers the right service, where it is available, who may provide it, and how to begin.
Our work connected those pieces so families did not have to solve the entire intake puzzle on their own.
Families needed a route, not an encyclopedia
A pediatric therapy practice can serve different ages, specialties, clinicians, and locations. Every one of those details may matter, but showing all of them at once makes the first step harder.
We used website SEO to create service and location paths that brought a parent closer to the information behind the search. Therapist and consultation context helped explain fit. Calls, forms, and appointment options gave families more than one way to respond once they were ready.
AI SEO supported that structure by making services, locations, and practice facts easier for search and AI systems to interpret. The better the site explained what the practice offered and who it served, the more useful it became to both search systems and parents.
Local discovery had to reflect actual care choices
Local SEO and Google Business Profile work tied services to nearby discovery in Search and Maps. A family looking for one therapy discipline should not have to land on a broad page and hunt for the right location or service.
Google Ads added a route for families already searching with strong intent. The value came from matching that demand to the right page and response option.
When the audience and offer support it, Meta Ads can add earlier-stage demand.
Parents looked for proof before taking the next step
Choosing care for a child carries a higher trust threshold than an ordinary local purchase. Service explanations mattered, but so did therapist information, location details, credentials, and other families' experiences.
We set up review-request and reputation-monitoring workflows to support that decision. We also sent press releases and helped the practice earn mentions on authority websites. Those signals extended trust beyond the practice's own pages.
The conversion work followed family behavior
Heatmaps and session recordings showed how people used service and location pages, where they looked for intake information, and where the journey became harder than it needed to be. Pop-ups offered a relevant next step when the context called for one.
We used those observations to improve the website path into calls, forms, consultation routes, and appointment options. The point was not to push every parent toward the same action. It was to make the available action clear.
Our Lead Dashboard then attributed tracked response to organic search, Google Ads and other paid campaigns, direct visits, referrals, and other sources. That source view helps us put campaign budget behind the channels producing response and improve the paths that need work.
The dashboard can also recognize referrals from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and other large language models when the platform can be identified. That capability lets us measure changing family research behavior.
The engine stayed connected as priorities changed
The practice's services, locations, and provider availability could change. A disconnected marketing plan would leave old information in one channel and new priorities in another.
The Local Growth Engine gave us one operating view. Website SEO and AI SEO organized the care information. Local SEO and the Google Business Profile supported nearby discovery. Google Ads met immediate demand. Reviews, press releases, and authority mentions strengthened trust. Conversion work made response paths easier to use. Lead attribution showed how families responded, so budget and page improvements could follow evidence.
The result: response at three stages
The practice generated 1,830 tracked appointments, 2,284 Unique tracked calls, and 640 Unique tracked forms.
This is an active engagement. We continue helping the practice keep its service priorities, locations, trust signals, search visibility, paid demand, intake paths, and measurement aligned.
How we counted it: Appointments reflect tracked bookings. Calls and forms follow our Lead Dashboard's Unique classification; contact paths can overlap.
