We built two distinct care journeys inside one Local Growth Engine, helping a primary and mental health practice generate 2,002 Unique tracked calls and 377 Unique tracked forms.
The practice had two broad doors into care. People looking for primary care and people looking for mental health services asked different questions, used different search language, and needed different information. The marketing still had to feel like one trusted local practice.
We built distinct service journeys under one brand, then connected local visibility, paid search, reputation, website behavior, and lead attribution around the calls and forms they produced.
Two care categories could not share one generic page
A broad medical overview would have forced every visitor to sort out whether the practice offered the care they needed. We used website SEO to give primary care and mental health their own clear routes, with relevant service information and a direct way to contact the practice.
AI SEO helped organize provider context, FAQs, local information, and the relationships between services. That gave search and AI systems a clearer picture of the practice without flattening the two care categories into one vague description.
The structure also helped people. Someone researching primary care could stay within that path. Someone looking for mental health support could find a focused, respectful explanation. Both experiences still reinforced the same practice identity.
Local presence kept the two paths grounded
Local SEO and Google Business Profile work connected those services to nearby search demand. Accurate practice information, reviews, and consistent local facts helped people judge whether the practice was relevant before reaching out.
We supported that trust with review-request and reputation-monitoring workflows. Press releases and mentions on authority websites added context outside the practice's own site. The goal was to make the brand recognizable and credible across both care journeys, not to treat reputation as a separate marketing campaign.
Google Ads captured different kinds of active demand
Google Ads met high-intent searches around the practice's care categories. We connected each message to the matching service path and contact option, so a person did not see one promise in search and an unrelated page after the click.
Meta Ads remained available when the audience and offer called for it.
Phone-led response changed what we watched
The result was strongly phone-led, which made the contact experience a real part of the marketing. A clear service page still fell short if the phone number was hard to find on mobile or if the visitor could not tell what would happen after reaching out.
Forms gave people an online alternative, especially after hours or when they preferred not to begin with a conversation. We kept the two paths separate in our Lead Dashboard so the practice could see how people responded.
Heatmaps and session recordings helped us see how visitors moved through each care path. Pop-ups could present a relevant next step when it fit the page. That behavior informed conversion improvements across the site.
The Lead Dashboard connected response to investment
The dashboard attributed tracked leads to organic search, Google Ads and other paid campaigns, direct visits, referrals, and other sources. That gave us a practical basis for directing campaign budget toward the routes producing calls and forms rather than assuming both care categories behaved the same way.
When referral data is identifiable, the dashboard can also show leads from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and other large language models. We use that capability to understand newer discovery routes.
One brand could support two different decisions
The Local Growth Engine connected the work without making the journeys identical. Website SEO and AI SEO clarified each service category. Local SEO and the Google Business Profile established nearby relevance. Google Ads captured active demand. Reviews, press releases, and authority mentions reinforced trust. Conversion work kept calls and forms easy to use. Lead attribution showed which sources deserved more attention and budget.
That shared system let the practice adapt each care path while keeping the underlying facts, brand, and response process consistent.
The result: 2,002 Unique calls and 377 Unique forms
The practice generated 2,002 Unique tracked calls and 377 Unique tracked forms.
This remains an active engagement. We continue helping the practice align its two care journeys as services, local demand, and search behavior change.
